Here is my first shooter episode for Simply Eric. Tonight’s episode explores cinnamon along side cream and rum, the Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The smoothness and texture of the cream by Rum Chata really smoothes out the double dosing of cinnamon that comes from both Rum Chata and Fireball Cinnamon Whisky.

Ingredients:
1 oz. Fireball Cinnamon Whisky
1 oz. Rum Chata

Preparation:
Pour both ingredients into a chilled shaker. Shake and then pour into a classic bar shot glass. The serving size is for two shots.
