It’s Cocktail Wednesday and in today’s episode we make the our special version of the classic cocktail, Bloody Mary. We are renaming it Dragon Mary to represent the main core spirit ingredient of baijiu and Byejoe Dragon Fire replacing the standard premium vodka. This is also our first time using bitters. So why not choose Firewater and Celery bitters, both of which are from Scrappy’s.
2 oz – Byejoe Dragon Fire
4 oz – Tomato Juice
2 dashes – Tabasco Sauce
4 dashes – Scrappy’s Firewater Bitters
2 dashes – Worcestershire Sauce
2 dashes – Scrappy’s Celery Bitters
1 pinch – Ground Black Pepper
1 pinch – Smoked Paprika
Pour all of the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake gently and then strain into a chilled pint glass. Enjoy responsibly.
