Welcome to the Cocktail Wednesday episode of Simply Made Cocktails. Today’s recipe was an attempt at a classic craft style cocktail called Sazerac. Unfortunately, we left out an important ingredient, absinthe. See the results of the light version of the Sazerac. We will be remaking this cocktail correctly with all of the correct ingredients soon. Enjoy responsibly.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cube – Sugar
2.5 oz – Redemption Rye Bourbon Whiskey
2 dashes – Peychaud’s Bitters
1 dash – Angostura Bitters

PREPARATION:
Pour all of the ingredients into a low ball glass filled with ice and stir. Now enjoy responsibly.
